SendSMS.pk android application to send and receive free sms

It was the time when people at Red Mutex thought about capturing the google play space for sending and receiving sms via native android application after the launch of the google chrome extension of sendsms.pk. A new launch by SendSMS.pk is here in the google play market: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cs.android.sendsms

Not a very graphically attractive, but still a lot powerful app is not available for the Pakistani audience. A number of Pakistani people living outside Pakistan have need to use their website to send and receive sms. However, unlike Pakistan, they have 3g in their mobile phones so they are more attractive to other applications which can run on the internet without costing them a lot of money and the website was not designed for mobile phones.

SendSMS.pk does have mobile portal, but the need of getting a new sms alert like a regular message was needed more than refreshing your page over and over again. This step is much appreciated by the users of the website and people are moving forward with the application leaving a very good rating to the application. It is also been noted that the application is supported on a variety of phones starting from API level 6 to API level 16+. Now a range of almost 1700+ phones can send and receive free sms directly from their mobile phones.

One if the most prominent feature of the application is that it can get contacts from your phone book already stored in your phone so that you do not have to write the number of your contacts over and over again. It has been just 48 hours since the realease of the application and numerous new and old users have installed this application for sending and receiving free sms all over Pakistan. It would be a great step if people at Red Mutex start thinking about international sms as well.
