LG to introduce second version of Google TV in May!
The LG electronic (South Korea based) is going to launch a Google TV another attempt in the U.S. as soon as in this month. It is the effort of South Korean company by keeping a close eye on the expending market of internet TV market.
The Reuter says that LG’s executive voice president of TV manufacturing unit revealed the reporters in Seoul on Monday; The TV based on Google’s platform will be available to purchase for the U.S consumers in the starting week of May 21.
The LG’s present Google TV providing LG G3 series has obtained lukewarm reviews and became impossible to catch consumers. However, no Google is hoping Google TV will do for TV market what Google’s Android did in the mobile market, it is been plagued with many problems such as high price and low volume of sale.
The new Google TV consists of many features as being able to use smartphones as a remote control, on TV availability of searching internet while watching a show, generating a home page with app launch icons and with TV channels.
