Intel acquires key assets from supercomputer maker Cray!

Today’s new story regarding to Intel and supercomputer maker Cray explains that supercomputer maker Cray will sell interconnected program to Intel  for $140 million cash and both the companies has announced as well today.

Cray reported “up to 74 Cray’s employee are going to join Intel. The Cray Company is working with 800 employees currently.

The CEO of Cray Peter Ungaro demonstrated in an interview that we are broadening our relationships with Intel company to gain the market share by combining expertize.

He also explained both the companies will strengthen its balance sheet and to enhance our options for further growth.

The supercomputer maker Cray also said it will carry on to sell regular production line as well as Cray will launch supercomputer code-named Cascade.

“Now we have access to Cray’s world best interconnect personnel and intellectual property”, Intel said. Using this incredible interconnect technology will cause high speed link between high-performance computer.

Both the companies explained that it seems to be closed all the transections quickly because all terms and conditions are voluntarily have been accepted by both the companies.
